For authors with accepted papers, conference registration fee is as below：

Important Notes:

• At least one author from each accepted paper must present their work in person at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings and program.
• The publication of papers is divided into online and offline, and the fees are different. This online rule does not apply to authors submitting papers from Taiwan.”
• If the author wants to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply. Cancellations received before November 15, 2024 will be returned in full minus the administrative charge of 100 USD. Refunds will be given following the conclusion of the meeting. Cancellations made after November 15, 2024 will not be refunded.
• Force Majeure: The Organizer cannot accept or bear responsibility, refund or any compensation if the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure.
